Lucy Shea

Lucy Shea is the CEO of Futerra, a sustainability advisory firm. Since joining in 2003, she has grown the business globally, with offices in London, New York and Mexico City. Futerra is majority female owned and run, B-Corp and has Climate Solutions Provider status under the UN backed Race to Zero campaign.

Lucy works with global businesses to accelerate change. She was a founder member of the UN’s Sustainable Lifestyles Task Force. She authored the UN’s Communicating Sustainability, and reimagined garment recycling over a decade ago with the Swishing campaign. She was a founder organizer of Fashion Revolution and served as its Chair of the Trustees.
