Xiao Wei

Xiao is a Chinese Canadian who grew up in Montreal, Canada. She studied fashion design at the Instituto Marangoni in Milan, Italy. After that, she worked as a design/production director in Italy and Canada for more than 15 years. Many celebrities and important people have worn the bags that Xiao has designed such as Canada's premier minister's wife Sophie Grégoire Trudeau and Hollywood actress Dakota Johnson. 

Later on, she pursued her study in the GuangHua & Kellogg Executive MBA program and founded "SU-SHIN" consulting / trading Company. After EMBA, Xiao successfully transitioned from being a designer to business management. She currently serves as coordinator of Fashion Revolution China, VP of Lotto Sport China (DFHH), and Co-Owner & COO of Veshin Factory.
